While Fairbanks does have Uber, Taxi, and Lyft services, it is best to rent a vehicle. There is ample parking on the property. The cabin also has electrical outlets, located at the stairs, for plugging in your vehicle during sub-freezing temperatures.
The entire cabin will be accessible by guests except for the locked pantry which will be for the cleaners for the property, and the exterior water tank shed.
You must be able to climb stairs to access the front door of the cabin. Once inside the kitchen, bathroom, living area, laundry facilities and one bedroom with a king bed are on the first floor. Upstairs are two large bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen.
The roads in Fairbanks and to the cabin are well maintained. We regularly have the driveway plowed in winter months. However, we recommend renting an AWD or 4WD vehicle for winter travel.
Ample parking on property, with vehicle plug-in for sub-freezing temperatures.
